I am Tamara Ergasheva, Founder and Principal Advisor of Domius Estate. The firm was created as a natural evolution of my years of hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market and my belief that property decisions deserve clarity, discretion, and long-term perspective.

My journey in real estate began in Dubai in 2015, working directly with international clients, investors, and end-users across residential and investment segments. Over the years, I have focused on building trusted relationships by offering honest guidance, transparent insight, and carefully considered recommendations rather than volume-driven transactions.
Domius Estate operates intentionally as a one-face boutique. I work directly with every client, ensuring continuity, accountability, and a genuinely personalized experience from the first conversation through to final decision-making.
